Cheaper Early Redemption Costs for Larger Secured Loans
Since 1st April 2008 loans over £25,000 are included under Consumer Credit Act which means that all secured loans, not just those under £25,000 have maximum 1-2 months redemption penalties.
This is great news for borrowers who want larger loans. Previously the larger penalties facing this type of loan was a disadvantage.
